When mobs are suspended in the air by a lead, attached to a fence, they spring up and down.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. I just find it strange that they bounce around when suspended on a lead attached to a fence. If that was intended, why? Animals suspended just dangling or swaying would be more realistic.
