glitching after a save and close to title

If I click "Save and quit to title" than reenter any world everything is glitched.

it's not corrupting the world files, I copied them to my normal saved worlds and they work, except command_block doesn't stay where I placed it in the snapshot when opened in 1.8.9. it's just gone leaving the button hanging in air.
