Brewing Stand does not create Awkward Potions. Haven't tested other base potions right now.

Placing a Nether Wart in the top slot of the Brewing Stand doesn't comsume the Nether Wart, and does not make the Awkward Potions. I have not tested the other base potions right now, thougn, so I do not know if this affects them too.
