Invalid Credentials Exceptions

anyways this bug is getting annoying and horde of people are getting afraid that their accounts got hacked or something like that
anyways that bug is pretty much annoying... i searched all over the internet trying to find a solution for this... soo
please can you tell my what is exactly causing this problem?
i need to know... maybe i can fix it...
