cant use command like /title on 16w03a server

when i use command on players like /title minecraft returm me the error:

Invalid json: malformed JSON at line 1 column 1

i saw in the usercache.json and i saw the expire date(ExpiresOn) is one month later than my last connection.

it's normal ?
