tipped arrow bug

Hey I'm sorry to "bug" your game, but infinity bows won't work with tipped arrows, and tipped arrows won't work in creative either, so I would like you to fix this bug ASAP, because it is especially bad in survival situations, I'd love too see it fixed soon, bye. I love minecraft so fix please
