Creepers/Skeletons do not run away from cats/dogs anymore

Creepers don't run away form cat and ocelots anymore if there nearby
Skeletons don't run away from dogs anymore if there nearby

Reproduce:
1.Summon a skeleton or Creeper
2. Summon cat (for creepers) or a dog (for skeletons)
3. Watch that they don't run away
