Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException:java.IOException: Packet 0/0 (gn) was larger than i expected, found 25 bytes extra whilst reading packet 0

So i died while i was teleporting to the nether or out of the nether and i got this error:
Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException:java.IOException: Packet 0/0 (gn) was larger than i expected, found 25 bytes extra whilst reading packet 0

I KNOW THAT THERE IS ANOTHER ISSUE ON THIS but... no one resolved it! i need help because right now i cant get on my server. please help
