The /tellraw and /title command dont work

I was playin MC and I was On my world making a kit and I was going to use /tellraw @a

{text:"Text Here",color:red}

and it sayed Malformed JSON
at line 1 colum 23 And ii tried /title @a title

{text:"Text Here",color:yellow}

and it sayed the same thing
