Bricks spawns in end portal

when i tried activate the end portal it dint activate but instead what the weirdest part is they spawned 3 stone bricks idk if i can reproduce it but you can see thecoords and seed UPDATE:it happens if you place all the eyes in the portal and put the latest eye where the brick is on the picture then it spawns
