"Not using vl@23eec765" spams the console

Sometimes the server console is spammed with "Not using vl@" followed by 8-digit long hexadecimal code. Confirmed on multiple operating system and java versions. The spamming frequency is very high to the point that I cannot keep track of what I've typed into the console.
