Error with chunks not loading past a certain point

My chunks only load up to a certain point, as if my render distance is turned down, it is set at 32, my computer can definetly handle this, as i am running a a gtx 970 and a i7 5820k, and have dedicated 3gb of ram to minecraft, Tweaking the render distance does not help, nor does reloading the chunks.
