Fall off ladder to death while wearing Elytra

Dig a 1*1 hole from ground level, or ~sea level to bedrock. Place ladders from the bedrock to the surface. While wearing the Elytra, attempt to climb down the ladder. Most of the time you will die by falling off of the ladder, especially if you are moving around, like closing a trap door, or looking around.
