My minecraft singleplayer is lagging? like multiplayer

Since this is my first time from this website for searching or other kinds of problems but for me this is different i really need mojang's help. A couple of months now i am starting to get 5 seconds delay which we call the "LAG" but my singleplayer is lagging i get 5 seconds delay and the cows are blinking and also my multiplayer is lagging, i get [Proxy] Lost connection to the server and my minecraft would crash for about 5 seconds and i would try to restore it. i couldn't solve this problem but uninstalling java and deleting my .minecraft was no point of my problem. how do i fix this?
Versions that affected this lag:
1.7.10
1.8+
my 1.5.1 wasn't really lagging the lower versions weren't lagging for me it was all normal it runs perfectly no delay
