I'm a steve on my screen, but everyone else says I am my normal skin.

Yesterday, I logged on to minecraft, and I noticed that my skin wasn't my normal skin, and I was a steve. I asked one of my friends If I was a steve on their screen, but they said that I was just my normal skin. I logged on again today, but I was still a steve. I will provide a screenshot showing what my skin looks like on a server.
