Redstone is SUPER Laggy sometimes

Ever since around the 15w41a snapshot, sometimes all redstone gets super laggy. I attempted to open a 3x3 door with a hole in the middle and it took 10-15 seconds, and after reloading the world it took two seconds, totally normal.
