Graphics errors and bugs. Works on both Muliplayer and single player worlds, randow generated and all modes of seeds and graphics moods

I have resolved a problem before which leads me to another problem. There have been triangles, chunk rendering errors and random beacon lights, excessive walls of graphic errors in the sky that cause extreme lag and inability to play minecraft. This has happened in multiplayer and single player
