Messed up inventory textures

The texture of blocks in my inventory is messed but is fine when i place itup only in versions below 1.8. (tested only 1.7.10 , 1.8 and 1.8.9) .The textures also mess up when i move away from them for a few blocks
Mods don't matter because i deleted them all.
It was fine few months ago.
Don't know what to do to solve it because i wanna play with mods for 1.7.10 but with that texture bug it's pretty hard and not so fun :ss
