Progressive sounds repeat when using command block.

Using a command block while a sound is playing causes the sound to replay once the command block is left. Here are steps to reproduce:

1. Open singleplayer
2. Spawn a few mobs
3. Place a command block
4. Either hurt a mob or wait for it to say, then click the command block during the sound
5. Once the command block GUI is closed, the mob sound will repeat
