MINECRAFT IS GLITCHED! (w/ pics)

I just got my new laptop today, it is a Toshiba satellite L75-C that has windows 10. And I just downloaded Minecraft so i have no resource pack or anything downloaded yet, and when i opened it, everything on the start up screen was glitched, except the typed words like my username. And i thought maybe it wont be like that through the rest of it, and so i logged in, and went to the servers, and everything was still glitched, and even when i got on the server. Whats going on? is it because i have windows 10? It worked fine on my desktop computer that was windows 8. :\ I don't know what to do. I've also added photos to show you what i mean by glitched..
