Shooting New Arrows in Creative Mode Removes Arrow from Inventory

Upon shooting an arrow of any kind beside default will remove 1 of the shot arrow from the creative mode inventory, similarly to what it does in survival.

This bug DOES NOT affect plain arrows, just the new kinds added in the 1.9 snapshots.
