Book & Quill Bug

What I expected to happen was...:
When I completed my Book & Quill it would save and I would go on playing Minecraft

What actually happened was...:
I was kicked out of the server, and my Book & Quill's progress was not saved.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Book & Quill on a Multiplayer Server
2. Write 15+ lines in the Book & Quill
3. Click Done
