Invisibility nametag glitch still not fixed (Whilst player is on a scoreboard team)

Whilst a player is on a Minecraft scoreboard team, while invisible, their name tag is still visible. I believe there was an issue created for this before which was apparently "resolved" but I can tell you that that is not so.
