Broken View

Basically, when I enter a world, everything is fine. But, several seconds later, all of the sudden, the view glitches. The game is still playable, but the sky becomes weird and broken models appear. This may just because of my computer specs, but sometimes it doesn't happen, so I don't know what is going on.
