Screen visual error.

Whenever I Enter a world in the recent Minecraft snapshots everything about My user interface is fine but the world around me changes as if my character is tp'ing and the chunks are combining while changing simultaneously.
The following screenshots were taken while looking at the same place not moving my mouse. the screen changes very quickly so it is impossible to make sure the full effect is captured.
