Minecraft World Crashes after 5 seconds

I opened Minecraft and loaded a new world on a snapshot for 1.9. Obviously nothing should go wrong

However, as soon as I enter any world, it lasts for about 5 seconds, then it crashes. The error reports make no sense to me, but I did see something about "minidumps not being allowed on the client version of windows".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Minecraft Launcher
2. Hit "play" on any of the 1.9 snapshots
3. Hit Singleplayer
4. Load or Create any world you want
5. Crashes
