[15w51b] Summon Entityhorse issue

I search for a similar issue but didn't found one so i create this one.

When using command block, i notice that the Entityhorse command is not fully working.

summon Entityhorse ~ ~1 ~

{Type:3,Tame:1,Saddle:1}

The Type command is working but when using the number 5 (or more), the command is broken and no horse is summon

The Saddle command don't seem to work. When on 1, there's no saddle on the entity that is summon

Tame command is working fine
