when riding horse, logging out, and logging in, client thinks you're dismounted

repro steps:

mount a horse. quit game. go back into game.

expected: be on the horse

actual: client sees you as dismounted, can walk around independent from horse, but eventually after some time you get rubberbanded back to riding it
