Chunks teleporting and changing places

Inside my base chunks have been switching with others at random and its messing up my whole game. I constantly have to make backup files because it keeps getting all messed up. First noticed it when i updated to 1.8.9 and then i went back to 1.8.8 but it keeps happening.
