summon mob with equipment not working

Trying to summon mobs with equipment using command blocks is not working. I have put command i used below.

/summon Zombie ~0 ~1 ~0 {Equipment:[{id:wooden_sword,tag:{ench:[

]}},{},{},

{id:diamond_chestplate}
