Every mob that is close to a lot of mobs on the same block is thrown away

A lot of villager on the same block throw away a chicken
How to reproduce this bug:
1)Make a high angle 2 blocks
2)Spawn many mobs on the same block that is on the corner
3)Spawn a mob on the highest block - the mob is thrown away
