l can't open minecraft

l can't access Minecraft so l can remove the texture pack

What I expected to happen was...:
Describe what you thought should happen here
to open the launcher so l could delete the minecraft texture pack

What actually happened was...:
Describe what happened here it came up with an error and lead me to this site

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ... l open minecraft
3. ...then click play on the launcher and it says error
