lost connection

whenever i try to log into a server earlier, i would always have no problems, but nowadays, as soon as i log in for about 30 seconds...Connection lost
Internal exception: java.io.IOException: an exisiting connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

this has been coming up to a few servers that i tried.

please help
