Minecraft displays oddly when moving at various speeds (Kubuntu 15.10)

So, this is NOT in effect on Ubuntu, and only happens in Kubuntu. I previously had Ubuntu installed, and everything appeared fine. But then I got huge problems when trying to switch without reinstalling, so I reformatted the partition as ext4 and swap as swap, and installed Kubuntu since I liked KDE and Plasma 5.4. All is well but there is a bug similar to one I had on an iMac from right before they made it thinner and removed the CD/DVD player. There is a point in the screen that usually appears below the middle line where below it the screen updates a bit later than the top portion. I can verify that this is not my monitor or computer, since YouTube plays fine in fullscreen mode. I was unable to get a screenshot since it happens only when moving.. I know that I only marked it as 1.8.8 and 3 recent snapshots but this seems to be effective on all versions. Also, it is easier to see when moving on certain blocks.
