Water Flow through Generated Blocks

Closest Issue Found – MC-11280

On generated Structures, water will sometimes flow out of it's boundary, and not disappear when blocks stop it from reaching where it flowed too.
Same issue as above, but is still happening.
---> Can't confirm if version is a Snapshot or 1.8.
