Summoning texted sign

What I expected to happen was...:
A sign should appear with text after falling

What actually happened was...:
It crashes, when I go back, no text appear on the sign.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /summon FallingSand ~1 ~2 ~ {Block:minecraft:standing_sign,Time:1,TileEntityData:{Text1:"hi"}}
2. activate it
3. Crash

This is probably a duplicate,
but I'm too lazy to check.
Plus, I just follow the instruction the crash reported told me-,-
