The Ender Dragon cannot destroy any type of minecart, boat or boat with chest

The bug

The Ender Dragon is unable to destroy any type of minecart or boat. It simply passes through them.

How to reproduce

Make a new Creative world.
Construct an End Portal and enter it.
Place down any kind of rail and place each type of minecart on the tracks. Place down a boat near the minecarts as well.
Stand near the minecarts and boat and wait for the Ender Dragon to charge at you.
When the Ender Dragon flys through you, notice the rails were destroyed but all minecarts remained intact.
