Witch potion after turned to item(with web) and use it, it crash my MC and make an INVINITE POTIONS

witch potions(that the wich throw to web) and I use it, it crashes my game and after I load the Minecraft again the item potion side 0 use after I use the 0 use potion it side -1 use and so on
