Minecraft won't let me place TnT block on Survival Mode

I created a new world just for Minecraft Snapshots first I created it on Creative Mode then i blew up some stuff and etc. then I decided to change it to Survival Mode I was holding a TnT block then I Placed iton the ground then my game crashed .. Pls. fix this Mojang ..
