i placed a map on a item frame and it gave me another of the same map except this one is gliched

i broke my map on a item frame i put it back What i expected to happen: the map to go on the item frame and nothing els but the map duplicated but the duplicated map had a big 0 on the bottom right corner and i can look at the map and punch with it but if i do anything else with it it disappears (placing on item frames moving in inventory etc)

when i right clicked a dropper with the duplicated map it crashed my game

i had a world on 15w47c then i saw 15w49a was out so i switched to it
i went to %appdata% went to the minecraft folder and to saves and to my world and duplicated it so i can play it on 15w49a

when i was on the 15w47c world it didn't duplicate the map (bug works with all maps) update: i broke a piece of grass (not a grass block) with the glitched map it crashed my game D:
