Hit then block bug

Reproduction
1. Get a sword and shield in your hands, making sure the shield is offhand.
2. Hit with sword and block while sword is swinging, this will create the bug.

Note: this bug is used mostly in PvP in 1.7 and up... the hit and then block bug.
