join server 1-2 min later crash but still in minecraft don't now why and can't play any multiplayer

I join a server 1 min later I crash from it but still in minecraft

What I expected to happen was...:
*I expected to just join normally and play

What actually happened was...:
I min later I crash and this: java.io.IOExeption: An existing connetion was forcibly closed by the remote host
this also happened in the launcher console [16:01:35 FATAL]: Fatal error launching game. Report this to http://bugs.mojang.com please!
java.util.ConcurrentModificationException

Steps to Reproduce:
1. join a server
2. wait 1 min... crash
3. but it only happened to me that I know of
I really hope this gets fixed I can't paly with my friend and it really bothers me
