Game Crashing during Minecraft is open or other tabs

When usually playing Minecraft for a few month now I have been crashing, internet crashing. And usually tells me Java and NVidia has crashed. I use optifine and with out, both I still crash. The message I get is "Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: Using incremental CMS is deprecated and will likely be removed in a future release"
