A really weird Nether bug that spawns a shrunken chuck and spins it around like the motion of a mob spawner

I found this when i was playing on a LAN world with my brother. He set the world generation to a glass layer only. We went into the Nether and i found a temple with what seems to be a Chunk of netherrack spinning in the motion of a mob spawner
