Unstable framerate ever since 15W41B

Ever since 15w41b when mojang added new boats and elytras (& more), the framerate on minecraft havent been very stable. it normally goes from 3 fps when you are looking at many chunks, and 100 fps when you arent looking at anything. Usually this only happens at very few instances.

This might be only a thing about my laptop, but it affects a lot of the playing experience. Before that snapshot, everything was as normal, but now it is not, and its very bad.

What I expected to happen was everything would act as normal, with around 30 fps at every time.

What actually happened was the framerate was very unstable, and layed normally at 3 fps.

Im using "intel celeron proseccor 2957U (1.4 GHz, 2MB L3 cache)

And im not really into this copuer things, so i dunno what i am using of java and that stuff
