[MC-93375] Inside Spawner is not shown Passengers

Inside Spawner is not shown Passenger entities.
Used command:

/give @p mob_spawner 1 0 {BlockEntityTag:{SpawnData:{id:FallingSand,Block:barrier},MaxNearbyEntities:1s,RequiredPlayerRange:10s,SpawnCount:1s,Delay:0s,MinSpawnDelay:20s,MaxSpawnDelay:20s,SpawnRange:3s,SpawnPotentials:[{Weight:1,Entity:{id:Chicken,IsChickenJockey:1b,Passengers:[{id:Zombie,IsBaby:1b}]}}]}}

Spawner on the image spawns customized ChickenJockey, but inside it is shown only chicken.
