Minecart a load block luminance error.

Reproduce steps:
1. Into the backpack menu.
2. Select items. (Minecart a load block brightness to reduce.)
3. Unselect items. (Minecart a load block brightness to restore.)

Affected Minecart type:

1. Minecart with Furnace
2. Minecart with TNT
3. Minecart with Hopper
4. Minecart with Command Block
5. Minecart with Monster Spawner
6. Minecart with Other Custom Blocks
