Skeleton AI problem?

sometimes skeletons "lose" the AI when you hit them, they can't lose health, they don't burn with sun, they CAN'T be teleported or killed with /kill @e[type=Skeleton] or /tp @e..., they repel arrows and only can be moved with pistons, gravity doesn't affect them and they only do despawn when you leave the game
