Endermen drop grass block

When Endermen pick up a grass block and get killed, they drop this grass-block, while this block is usually unobtainable in Survival mode (unless you have the Silk Touch enchantment).
Not sure if this is intended behaviour or not, but I couldn't find this issue in the tracker.
