FireworksRocketEntity tag not working

I was creating a vanilla command block creation using fireworks.
I wanted to summon a firework, that was star-shaped, was twinkling and was green. Here's the command i used:

/summon FireworksRocketEntity ~ ~2 ~ {LifeTime:10,FireworksItem:{id:401,Count­:1,tag:{Fireworks:{Explosions:[{Flicker:­1,Trail:1,Type:1,Colors:[65280]}]}}}}

and it summoned me only a firework, that dissappered after 10 ticks
If the FireworksRocketEntity's tag is changed, tell me the right command!
